1. Who we are

Roast My App (roast-my-app.com) is operated by Marco Pollmann, Solo Founder, Germany. Contact: info@twoclouds.de.

2. The service

Roast My App is a public leaderboard of indie apps. Owners may submit App Store listings. An invited jury scores apps and writes signed verdicts. Rankings are editorial, not a popularity contest, and we do not guarantee placement, publication, or a particular score.

3. Accounts

Owner and jury accounts are for the people we invite or verify. You must provide accurate information, keep your login to yourself, and only submit apps you are authorized to represent.

4. Submissions and content

You keep the rights to your app listing, screenshots, strategy notes, and other materials you upload. You grant us a licence to display them on Roast My App so the site can function. Jury verdicts are published under our editorial control. We may refuse, edit, unpublish, or remove submissions or roasts that break these terms or the law.

5. Sponsorship

Paid placements are sold as fixed slots via Stripe. A slot goes live after we approve it. Sponsorship never changes jury scores or rankings. Refunds for rejected claims follow the process described on the sponsor page.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site in a way that harms the service, impersonate others, submit malware, or use Roast My App to harass anyone. We may suspend access if you do.

7. Disclaimer

The site is provided as-is. Scores and commentary are opinions. We are not liable for lost rankings, lost business, or decisions you make based on a roast — except where German law does not allow that limitation.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protections at your place of residence still apply.
